Dr. Sheila Poetti attended high school and dental school in India, graduating from the latter in 1990. She then furthered her studies at New York University, completing her schooling in 2002. Despite having obtained her degree, Dr. Poetti takes continuing education courses every year to remain current on modern dentistry and is also a member of the ADA and CSDA. She is certified in dental implant placement and restoration. Since 2004, Dr. Poetti has served as a dentist in the Meriden area, treating patients—especially those who have dental fear—with compassion and empathy, and educating them about their dental health. She is pleased to work with an awesome team of doctors, managers, front desk personnel, hygienists, and assistants—all of who are on board with achieving her goal of providing excellent dentistry in Meriden, Connecticut. Dr. Poetti has been married to Sreedhar for over two decades, and they have a 17-year-old daughter. In her free time, Dr. Poetti enjoys hiking, travelling, and cooking.
Dr. Gross is an associate dentist at Cloverleaf. She attended Bucknell University for her undergraduate degree and graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 2023. Dr. Gross continued her general dentistry training at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is dedicated to providing ethical and quality dental care to patients. Outside of the office, Dr. Gross enjoys hiking, baking, reading and spending time with her fiancé and family.

Lisa – Office Manager
Lisa has been in the dental field for over 18 years and works hard to ensure that things run seamlessly and that our patients and staff members are happy. She oversees the day-to-day functions of our business office as well as helping to ensure patients understand and receive the best possible care. Lisa enjoys getting to know the patients and loves how her doctors and teammates feel like family.
Lindsey – Front Desk Secretary
Lindsey has been at Cloverleaf Dental Center since the beginning of 2020. She is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University. Lindsey enjoys reading and shooting competitive archery. Her favorite part of working in our office is talking with patients and making sure everyone is comfortable and confident with their care.
Alexia – Front Desk Secretary
Alexia joined our team in 2021. She enjoys creating connections with our patients and helping them leave our office with a smile. When not in the office, Alexia can be found spending time in nature, creating music and hanging out with her cat, Nugget.
Ashley – Front Desk Secretary
Ashley joined Cloverleaf Dental Center in September of 2023. She is a lover of music, coffee and all things creative. She enjoys going to the beach, watching movies and reading thriller books. Her favorite part of her job is to make patients feel understood.
Dawn S. – Insurance Coordinator
Dawn joined us at Cloverleaf in February 2022. She is a team player, and enjoys working with an ethical doctor and helping patients receive the dental care they need. Dawn and her husband have two grown daughters, a granddaughter and a dog, Charly. Outside the office, she enjoys beach vacations and crocheting.
Stacey – RDH
Stacey joined our team in May 2007. She is a graduate of the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport. Stacey enjoys the ethical work environment of our practice and the friendships she has developed with her colleagues over the years. Stacey and her husband, Dan, have five sons, Nick, Jay, Camden, Dawson and Brendan, and three dogs, Jessie, Zeus and Hades. Stacey’s hobbies include hiking, gardening and cooking vegan cuisine.
Andrea – RDH
Andrea joined Cloverleaf Dental Center in 2022. She is a graduate of the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport. Andrea enjoys working with her lovely colleagues and loves finding ways to make her patients laugh. Andrea has two beautiful daughters, Daniella and Gianna, and outside the office enjoys spending time with her girls and her pets.
Zumreta – Dental Assistant
Zumreta is a former teacher from Bosnia. She has worked at Cloverleaf Dental Center for over many years and loves the family atmosphere and our patients. Zumreta has an affinity for surgery and loves assisting during surgical cases. She loves being a hands-on part of helping to transform smiles. She always strives to help patients to the best of her ability and loves her kid patients as her own. Zumreta loves to travel, dance, and most of all spend time with her amazing family.
Vjosa – Dental Assistant
Vjosa worked as a dental assistant for over a decade before joining Cloverleaf Dental Center in June of 2020. Vjosa is happy to be a part of our team, working with such excellent doctors and staff. Originally from Kosovo, she is fluent in Albanian and is a great asset in our multicultural practice. Her kind and respectful nature makes her a good team player. Outside of work, she is a wonderful mother and values spending quality time with her family.
Veronica – Dental Assistant
Veronica attended Tunxis Community College for her certification as a dental assistant, graduating with honors. She joined our team in May 2024, and enjoys being part of a well-oiled dental team. Veronica is a caring and compassionate individual who loves to learn new things, and looks forward to growing in her position here at Cloverleaf Dental Center.
Veronica is married and has three dogs, Maxx, Stash and Fiona. Outside the office, she enjoys taking her dogs for walks, diamond painting and doing puzzles.
